The 160 bed In-patient services offered by the hospital include -

• Internal medicine - 47 beds in General ward for general ailments.

 

• General Surgery - 16 beds for conducting Gastrectomy, Gastro Jejunostomy, GJ+Vagotomy, Thyroidectomy, Colostomy etc. The department of General Surgery is equipped with Endoscope, Colonoscope, Cystoscope and Laproscope.
    16 Beds for Pre-operative and Post-operative care to the patients.


 

• Orthopedic Services - 16 beds for conducting Tendon repair, Partial hip replacement, Laminectomy, Ligament repair, Corrective osteotomy, Internal fixation, Quadriceps plasty, Tissue repair Hemi Orthroplasty, Arthroscopy etc. The Orthopaedic department is equipped with equipment such as Arthroscope with power shaver system, C'Arm and Electrical Driller.


 
• Physiotherapy ward - 8 beds, with electronic traction, Interferential therapy, Short wave diathermy, Exercise, Wax bath etc.

 

• Ophthalmic ward - 21 beds (16 beds of General Ward & 5 beds of Special wards(3 with A/C) - conventional cataract operation (Rs.500^*) Cataract with intraocular lens (Rs.2200^*) - Cataract operation by Phaco, with imported lens (Rs.7600^*) - Cataract operation with implantation of multifocal lens (Rs.10,500^*)


 
• Maternity and Child care - 14 Beds for Normal delivery (Rs.1000^*), Caesarean(Rs.6000^*), Family planning operation (approved by Government of Tamil Nadu) and Gynaecology Care - Ovarian Hysterectomy, Colporraphy, Cyst excision etc.

 

• Intensive care unit - 6 beds with respiratory ventilator,pulse oximeter, infusion pump - well equipped intensive care unit for acute medical & surgical emergencies and life support.


 
• Special Ward - 18 beds for all ailments.

 
• Casualty - 3 beds for emergency cases.

 
• Seven operation Theatres

 
• TV sets for the use of Inpatients.

 
• Dhyana Room and Counselling center.
